Turn a vacant commercial unit into a space ready for your business.
The Internal Fit Out Grant supports new businesses and existing businesses expanding into vacant commercial premises within the scheme's defined eligible city and town centre areas. By helping businesses prepare premises for trading, the grant aims to bring empty units back into use and strengthen the local business offer.

The grant is aimed at eligible new businesses and existing businesses expanding into vacant premises. The business, property location and proposed works must meet the scheme's criteria.

What does it support?

The grant helps fund eligible internal fit-out works needed to prepare vacant commercial premises for trading. The scheme guidance sets out the qualifying works, grant levels, applicant contribution and funding conditions.
