  1. The child must be a permanent resident within the Ards and North Down Borough Council boundary. 2. You can apply for the voucher if you are expecting a baby or if your child is under the age of 18 months. 3. Only one voucher application per household. 4. Vouchers will be allocated until the Reusable Nappy budget has been exhausted. 5. Proof of eligibility may be requested. 6. Your delivery address must be the same as the address that you have applied under the scheme with, no exceptions. Delivery address is manually checked at time of processing your order. 7. The scheme is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
