Household Recycling Centres (HRCs) at Balloo, Ballygowan, Comber, Donaghadee, Holywood, Kircubbin, Millisle, Newtownards and Portaferry will be closed on Wednesday 24th,Thursday 25th & Friday 26th December 2025, as well as on Thursday 1st January 2026.
