INTRODUCTION OF NEW PLANNING IT SYSTEM - 5th December 2022
The new Planning IT System will be launched on Monday 5th December. The NI Planning Portal can be accessed via this URL link:
The former NI Planning Portal (NIPP) was shut down on Friday 18th November, and from that date until 5th December no online processing of existing or newly submitted planning applications or planning enforcement cases took place.
To manage your expectations as an agent or applicant during this period, please be aware that from 5th December onwards ANDBC will be working through the backlog of all newly submitted applications, as well as any additional documentation, enforcement cases and representations which were received between 18th November and 2nd December. We apologise for the unavoidable delays this will cause in the processing of applications and enforcement complaints.
