Season Tickets

It is possible to purchase monthly or quarterly season tickets for some of our car parks at a reduced rate. The availability and costs of season tickets are included in the table below. If you wish to purchase a season ticket, this can be done by telephoning Marston Holdings Ltd 0333 0068 351.

Paying by App

You can pay for your parking in our charged car parks using the RingGo App, which can be downloaded directly from your app store. More information is available at: https://ringgo.co.uk/how-it-works

Be scam aware - we do not use QR codes for parking payments.

The RingGo app operates on a Buy Time model. You simply choose how long you want to stay upon arrival and pay upfront for your session.

If you want to spend longer in our town and city centres - you can extend your stay.

Paying using the Onsite Payment Machine

You can pay for your parking using the payment machine located in the relevant car park. These machines accept coin and contactless payment.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

To Pay With Cash:

Enter your Vehicle Registration Number. If you do not enter this correctly, you may receive a Penalty Charge Notice.
Press the green button to confirm.
Insert the correct change for your length of stay. You must use exact change.
Press the green button to confirm amount and pay.
Take the ticket from the machine and display in vehicle.
To cancel purchase at any time press the red cancel button.

To Pay With Card:

Enter your Vehicle Registration Number. If you do not enter this correctly, you may receive a Penalty Charge Notice.
Press the green button to confirm.
Press the +/- buttons to select length of stay for card payment.
Press the green button to confirm amount.
Present card at the contactless reader.
Take the ticket from the machine and display in vehicle.
To cancel purchase at anytime press the red cancel button.

You are no longer required to display your ticket but may still wish to do so.
