Connecting Families

Are your kids on devices all the time? Do you want them involved in more creative and physical play?

Then this session is for you!

Come and play with your family: get some new ideas to get everyone playing together at home, in the garden, or in the park.

Come along to our FREE Connecting Families event:

• Wednesday 11 February 2026 |12noon - 2pm
• Queen's Hall, West Street, Newtownards

Parents and children aged 4 -14 years welcome | Parents are responsible for their own family supervision.

You must register your family to attend - Sorry, registration is now closed for this event.

Activities on offer

During the event, a number of activities will be on offer including:

• slime making 
• brikz for kidz 
• party animals 
• Joe Scott Multisports
• make your own kids costumes
• how to have fun using cardboard and other stuff lying around the house

There will even be some treats for parents too: enjoy a free hand or neck massage! And as a bonus, all families attending will be given a picnic-style lunch in a bag.
