On the Water
Sea swimming in Ards and North Down
There are currently 9 designated bathing water sites within the Borough, with the Council acting as Operator at 7 beaches, these being:
- Brompton
- Ballyholme
- Groomsport
- Donaghadee
- Millisle
- Ballywalter
- Cloughey
In addition, DAERA act as Operator at the following sites:
- Helen's Bay
- Crawfordsburn
