If your bin is missing, stolen, or you have moved into a new property and bin(s) are not in place, you need to place an order with us.

Information about Replacement of Damaged and Faulty Wheeled Bins
Charges
Requests for a new replacement bin will be charged at the prices listed in the table below. Currently the larger 360ltr blue bin is being prioritised for:
- households with six or more people permanently residing in the property
- residents with a medical condition/disability that generates additional waste
If your household does not meet the above criteria, you can still request a larger 360ltr blue bin and this will be considered as resources are available.

A small quantity of Kitchen Caddies and Glass Collection Boxes is available to purchase in both receptions at the City Hall, Bangor and Church Street, Newtownards. To ensure there is available stock please call 0300 013 3333 and hold to speak to an operator, please ask to be put through to the relevant reception.
Bin Clips
Bin clips are available to purchase for £4.00 in both receptions at the City Hall, Bangor and Church Street, Newtownards. Please note, they can only be fitted to wheeled bins with a conventional type handle. These are designed to keep the lid closed but will automatically open when the bin is being emptied into the lorry using the weight of the waste.
