Search for a Planning Application
The new NI Planning Portal (NIPP) has been available from 5th December.
You can search for or track any current planning application in Northern Ireland on the NIPP; in addition you can also submit a representation through the portal. The link to the NIPP is below:

To View Documents within the new Planning Portal/Public Access:
- enter the planning reference number in full (e.g. LA06/2022/0933/F) , a keyword, postcode etc
- click on the relevant application or address returned
- this will take you into the Application Summary Screen.
- view the information pertaining to an application within the appropriate tabs - DETAILS, MAP, RELATED CASES, and DOCUMENTS
- any maps, drawings, forms, correspondence, representations, neighbour notification letters (if any) held against the application will be available therein
