Please note that in order for comments to be considered valid you must include your contact details. The Council will use these details to confirm receipt of comments and to seek clarification or request further information from you.

Submissions will be reviewed and collated into a summary report, which will be made publicly available.  Responses by, or on behalf of, private individuals will be anonymised. The Council will hold full copies of submissions for a period of 10 years when they will be reviewed for destruction. Consultation submissions which are contained in the Summary Report will remain in that report until the production of a succeeding Local Development Plan.

You must ensure that the information you submit is accurate and correct. Do not include personal information about third parties (including family members) unless you have told the individual concerned and they agree to it being supplied.
