Legal Matters
Power of Attorney is a legal document that gives someone else the authority to take actions or make decisions on your behalf. It enables you to choose a person/ or people (called an attorney) to deal with your property and affairs.
A Will details who is to benefit from a person’s belongings and property following their death. A will is important as it clearly gives individuals the opportunity to work out how they want their assets to be shared and it ensures that their loved one are looked after.
