Blue Bin

Having trouble fitting all of your recycling in the blue bin?

With all of the new items that can now be recycled, many people are finding that their blue bins are filling up much more quickly than before. In order to maximise space in your blue bin, we ask that you ensure to collapse all boxes and squash all plastic bottles, as well as placing only recyclable items in your blue bin.

If you are already doing this, but still having capacity issues, it is possible to apply for a larger 360ltr blue recycling bin. If you wish to apply for a larger 360ltr blue recycling bin please contact us by phone on: 0300 013 3333 ext.3, or by email: recycling@ardsandnorthdown.gov.uk

Please provide your full address and a contact telephone number, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a suitable time to call out to your address. Provided all of the above measures are in place to maximise space in your bin, we will issue a larger 360ltr blue recycling bin for your property.
