Joint Statement From Management Side and Joint Trade Union Side
Following negotiations and consideration by Council, a local discretionary offer has been tabled in relation to incremental progression and a lump sum payment. The three Trade Unions (GMB, NIPSA and UNITE) are to ballot their members on this offer with the expectation of gaining approval. In the meantime, no notice of industrial action will be served.
The Management Side and Joint Trade Union side remain firmly committed to working together through the Local Joint Forum to negotiate on a wide range of issues including any potential outstanding harmonisation matters and associated pay anomalies.
