Expression of Interest - Food/Craft stalls at Tourism Events 2023

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE APPOINTMENT, OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF FOOD/CRAFT STALLS AT TOURISM EVENTS IN 2023

Ards and North Down Borough Council wish to invite Expression of Interest from market/food operators to recruit, operate and manage food/craft stalls at specified tourism events in 2023.

The Council has identified the undernoted events. 

• May Day - Monday 1 May 2023, Holywood Town Centre
• Sea Bangor Festival - Saturday 3 June 2023 and Sunday 4 June 2023, Bangor Seafront
• Comber Earlies Food Festival - Saturday 24 June 2023, Comber Town Centre
• Tide & Turf Festival - Saturday 2 September 2023, Portavogie Harbour

Expression of Interest documents can be obtained from our Tourism section: please contact tourism.admin@ardsandnorthdown.gov.uk 

The closing date for completed applications is Monday 13 March at 12 noon.

Please note that any clarifications should be received by Wednesday 1 March 2023 at 12 noon Clarifications and completed Expressions of Interest should be emailed to tourism.admin@ardsandnorthdown.gov.uk
