Expression of Interest: Buildings/Sites for new Civic and Office hub

Ards and North Down Borough Council invites interested parties to submit an expression of interest for suitable buildings/sites on which to locate a potential new Civic and Office Hub.

The sites must be located in either Bangor city centre or Newtownards town centre.

Completed forms should be returned no later than 12noon on Thursday 14 December 2023.
