Expression of Interest - Bar Services at Tourism Events in 2023

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE APPOINTMENT, OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF BAR SERVICES AT TOURISM EVENTS IN 2023

Ards and North Down Borough Council wish to invite Expressions of Interest from experienced operators to recruit, operate and provide bar services at specified tourism events in 2023. The Council has identified the undernoted events. Companies are invited to apply for any or all of the below events.

  • Sea Bangor Festival - Bangor Saturday 3rd And Sunday 4th June 2023
  • Comber Earlies Food Festival - Comber – Saturday 24th June 2023
  • Tide & Turf Festival - Portavogie Harbour - Saturday 2nd September 2023
  •  Bangor Christmas Switch On - Bangor Town Centre, Saturday 18th November 2023
  • Newtownards Christmas Switch On - Newtownards Town Centre, Saturday 25th November 2023

The closing date for completed applications is Monday 6 March at 12 noon.

Please note that any clarifications should be received by Wednesday 1 March 2023 at 12 noon
