Workplace Health Leadership Group

Health and Safety legislation places a legal obligation on all employers and employees to consider the health, safety and wellbeing of all employees at work and also of anyone who comes into contact with or may be affected by the work activity.  Traditionally the accident prevention (safety) aspects have received more attention than the health (and wellbeing) requirements.  To access a wide range of information on occupational health, occupational hygiene and wellbeing, which will help you meet your legal obligations, visit the Workplace Health Leadership Group (WHLGNI) website

WHLGNI is supported by seven partners (IOSH, NI Safety Group, BuildHealth, BOHS, HSENI, PHA and the Local Councils) and the site is designed to get relevant workplace health information to readers quickly. Information, news and events are continually updated and should provide a good source of information and support all sizes and types of businesses.
